RULES FOR USING THERAPEUTIC SESSIONS IN
1. The normobaric chamber is designed for conducting normobaric sessions.
2. The condition for safe use of the equipment located in the complex is compliance with the general principles of occupational health and safety and fire protection.
3. Before entering the chamber, read the contraindications to the procedure, the regulations and sign the patient’s card.
4. Entering the chamber is associated with the absence of contraindications and acceptance of these regulations.
5. Please inform the staff each time before entering the chamber of changes in your health condition that may be a contraindication to entry.
6. Entry/staying/exit takes place with the chamber staff and following the recommendations of the staff prevents undesirable effects and ensures complete safety.
7. Please leave your outerwear in the lockers in the waiting room. The staff is not responsible for valuables left in the chamber (e.g. bags, wallets, phones, keys) or for items left unattended.
8. It is forbidden to bring lighters, matches, cigarettes, e-cigarettes and any devices that may cause a fire into the chamber.
9. The following are prohibited in the normobaric chamber: eating, drinking alcohol and other psychoactive substances, using an open source of fire, interfering with the device controlling the correct operation of the chamber.
10. People under the influence of alcohol or other psychoactive substances will not be served.
11. For your own good and the good of other patients, please do not talk on a mobile phone in the chamber. It is allowed to use the phone to listen to your own music. Please mute the sounds on your phone and use headphones.
12. In the event of a sudden need to leave the chamber (unwellness or pain), immediately notify the staff of the situation. Unjustified leaving the chamber during the session is associated with the lack of possibility of refunding the money for the paid treatment.
13. Please do not throw any toiletries other than toilet paper into the toilet.
14. All devices and equipment may be used only for their intended purpose.
15. Any damage to equipment must be reported to the staff immediately.
16. Children under 15 must be accompanied by a guardian during the session in the chamber.
17. The patient bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused by the patient’s actions that are inconsistent with the regulations.
18. Please watch over your children. Any damage caused by children is covered financially by the guardians.
19. During the session (2 hours) in the chamber, it is recommended to drink approx. 0.5 liters of water.
20. Please maintain silence during your stay in the normobaric chamber.
21. If you need to leave the chamber urgently, you should notify the staff via the intercom or (only in emergencies) press the red emergency lever located on the wall by the entrance door in the Standard Room. Within 4 minutes of pressing the button, the chamber will be unsealed and the door will open automatically. Note! Unjustified use of the emergency lever will result in the patient being required to bear additional costs of refilling the chamber.
22. In situations where an attempt to use the chamber is found to be in breach of the provisions of these regulations or the rules of using the chamber during the session are violated, the staff has the right to refuse entry to the chamber or order the patient to leave the chamber. In the event that the client is ordered to leave the chamber for such reasons, the client is not entitled to demand a refund for using the chamber.
Using our services means full acceptance of these regulations and compliance with the applicable rules.
